Brian and team are awful people. Broke our rear taillight and refused to fix it. They refused to pull the camera footage even though we had photo evidence the vehicle went in without damage. They lied to us on several occasions. The Corona Nissan lives up to their negative reviews. I’m impressed with how accurate the negative reviews are. Take your business to a different franchise! We fixed our vehicle through our own insurance.

Found this place on Facebook with is no credit bad credit no problem. I started texting with a man named Tony who I thought was pretty good then magically Tony stopped responding. Then I got a message from some one named Katelyn who was 'responding on Tonys behalf" and I told her that my wife and I would be at the dealership with in the hour. Terrible service !! 7 hours wasted for a detailing and in the end it was almost the same, the worst purchase of my life at this dealer

Had an induction service. All they did was wash the car. They initially said it would be $250. okay, sure fine. But when they called to say that the car was ready, they charged $600????? Okay fine, whatever. Then, when checking the car, there was absolutely no evidence of service. Dust in every nook and cranny. They said the oil was changed and topped off. No fingerprints on the cap though. Hmm... Kind of suspicious. So anyway, basically paid $600 for an exterior car wash. The manager kept coming up with a bunch of excuses. Saying you need a computer to open up ...

I went for an oil change and they broke down my ac and they say it was them but when I went to the service they had it working very well

I bought a 2022 Nissan murano and was running very smoothly until I went fir a oil change and tire rotation. The worst service department ever, first they told me that my oil filter was dirty after having the car only fir 3 months. They stole my tires and replaced them with donuts, my car is smoking after leaving the service department and other issues. I will be contacting the police after they stole my cyletic converter, and the Department of aging for a crime against and older person and the DOJ fir a thorough investigation

Can I give zero stars? From trying to say my air filter was dirty ( I had just changed it personally a month prior) to having my car over 3 days and not communicating with me or being able to figure out what was wrong with my car. They are the WORST dealership/service department ever.

You'll get rip off and overcharged like i did. The nissan Leaf s is not worth 37k its worth far less like 29k screw this dealership.

I took my car in for the third time due to transmission problems . They had to put a new transmission in grant it I only had my car for a year and a half. I was help by Steven . He never once called me to let me no about my car . I had to call the service manager to figure out what the status was. When my car was still under Dealership warranty, I heard a high pitched squeal prompting me to take it in for repair. The noise was obvious but they said they could not duplicate the noise. I took it to another Nissan dealership and they fixed it within 10 minutes. It was a simple seal. : ) Avoid hurting your soul, please take it somewhere where they care.

They are very helpful, very professional and update you about the service they doing. Their advisors are friendly knows what is good for your car.

Robert was very helpful. However, the dealership engaged in false advertising by emailing me “enhanced vehicle cleaning” knowing it’s not true. I might not return. You must not fool your customers. It’s an insult. I initially made an appointment on line but it was not recorded. The Service was good but the false advertising made it To a much lower graded. I was to change my Toyota services to yours but have decided not to do it because I have lost my confidence in Larry Miller.

Although CDC recommends it. service could not fix the car in 7 hours and refused a loaner car. Dealer refused to give us water, even though we repeatedly asked. You do not deserve our future car purchases

The first day I went in and spoke with a sales rep, he was very rude. He did not inform me of vital purchasing information from the beginning, so when it came down to making the deal, I was no longer interested. I won't be returning for service at this location. Service dept is extremely understaffed which translates into poor customer service. I went in for an oil change/rotation and mentioned another issue I was having. Got the run around and excuse of having to leave my vehicle for the entire day...and then told it would be best to take my vehicle to another dealership closer to my home because the car is still under warranty. Turns out it was just the battery in my remote.

Warranty check on ac auxiliary fan. I'm chrd $140 to confirm the problem. No wash & truck would not start when returned. Bought oil chg pkg. (3) bcuz it was only $25 off from a regular chg. Paid $235 for a vehicle warranty check.

They were great at squeezing me in for a same day appointment. They didn't have the part so had to keep the car overnight. The only bad thing was that they said it would be ready between 10-11, which turned to 12:30, then 2:30 and then finally 3:30. So it was a little inconvenient to try and schedule a family member to fake me to pick up the car.

Took my truck in for an oil change and brake system flush. I had made an appointment a couple days before. Upon our arrival we were greeted at the door to the service department by Nick. He had us wait inside while he gathered the needed info. Nick came in, we sat down, he told me what the service included. Awhile later my truck was done, washed and ready to go. Provide excellent service and deliver vehicle on time as promised. Service staff is very friendly. While waiting , you can have coffee and some donuts or some food and watching TV.

They didn't rotate tires that was supposed to be part of a prepaid service deal. The "inspection" that was allegedly performed yielded dubious results. They indicated brakes condition even though clearly they HAD NOT REMOVED THE TIRES, based on the fact that the wheels' lock key was in the exact location and position that I had left it. Additionally, I know the vehicle needs suspension work, but they erroneously indicated it was good. My husband contacted the manager and was subjected to an argument ( to add insult to the injury). Was one of the first Customers early Saturday morning. They took me right in and I was a walking in. I received a free shuttle ride home (2 miles a away). That was very courteous. I was told my car would be ready towards the evening but I received a call a couple hours before noon stating my vehicle was ready. That’s was great. Front desk was very helpful and has great customer service. I was offered a deal I could not resist. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received.
